Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you or available for immediate download.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all designer tags attached and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
